Fred Cosgrove was a special man. In the early 1980s, Fred nominated me to serve on the board of directors for the California Funeral Directors Association where I was later fortunate to serve as president in 1990. Fred was a caregiving individual who represented funeral service well. He will be missed but not forgotten.
