Robert Astor Greer, Jr.

Robert Astor Greer Jr. was born on August 23rd, 1943 and entered into rest on July 27th, 2022 surrounded by loved ones. Robert is preceded in death by his beloved wife of 57 years Mia Greer, son Wolf-Ingo Greer, father Robert Astor Greer Sr, his mother Elizabeth Hoey and loving Step-Father Albert Hoey. He is survived by his children Angie Ruiz(Dan), Richard Greer(Teresa), Michael Greer(Cathy),Christina Drouillard(Brian) and his sister Linda Stoos(John). Robert has 16 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild and many nieces and nephews. Robert was a long time employee and plant manager of Louisiana Pacific. He was an avid outdoorsman who spent most of his time climbing mountains, fishing, running marathons, bicycling and spent time at Collins lake. Robert is a veteran of the United States Air Force. A military service will be held at Glen Oaks Memorial Park in Chico on August 8th, 2022 at 10:00am. Flowers may be sent to the cemetery. A celebration of life following the service will be held, location is to be announced.
