Phyllis Jean Black of Magalia, CA passed away at her home in Magalia, CA on December 10, 2019.
She was born to Glen and Amy Edwards Nysewander on July 13, 1929 in Santa Barbara, CA
Phyllis worked as an Orthodontist's office manager for over 30 years.
She loved to golf, and after moving to the ridge 40 years ago, joined the Paradise Pines Womens Golf Club and was a very active member.
She was preceeded in death by her late husband Elmer " Bud " Black
and is survived by her dear friend Joy Chin of Magalia
