Paul Henry Harder died August 15, 2024 at the age of 72 with family by his side. Paul was born August 25, 1951 in Oroville, California to the late Hank and Laura Harder. Paul graduated from Las Plumas High in 1969 and enlisted in the United States Air Force. During his 6 years of service he was stationed at Vandenberg and Minot AFB where he worked as a Minuteman Missile Mechanic. In 1974 he began his career with PG&E and worked throughout the state of California as a Senior Party Chief Land Surveyor where he excelled as a well respected coworker and leader. To anyone who knew Paul, they knew he had a servant’s heart, helping anyone in need without hesitation.
Paul leaves behind his wife Lavonne, sisters Ruth and Lorraine, his children Chris and Cathy, stepsons Vincent and Lance, grandchildren Tyler, Logan, Crista, Grace, Ayden, Caleb, Lyssa, Alias and Samara, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
His graveside service will be held at Memorial Park Cemetery, 5670 Lincoln Blvd. Oroville, Ca. 95966 on August 30th at 11 a.m. followed by a memorial at OroNaz Church 2238 Monte Vista Ave. Oroville, Ca. 95966 from 12:30-2:30.
