Mary Audrey Hales

Mary Audrey Hales, 71, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 28th, 2018 at her home in Paradise, CA.  She was born in Chico, CA, September 3, 1946 to Harold and Dorothy Boots, and was one of six children.  Mary worked for several years as a supervisor for Kline Brothers snack division in Stockton, CA and retired from life touch in Chico, CA. She spent her life living, working and raising her family in California, then retiring to the family home in Paradise almost 20 years ago. Mary was preceded in death by the love of her life, husband of 48 yrs, Larry Dean Hales and her five brothers. She was the proud mother of son Virgil Hales and daughter Tina Hales Jones and her husband Kenneth Jones Sr.  Seven Grandchildren Janna Muniz, Jeren DeCicco, Hayden and Corbyn Jones, Ryan Medcalf, Beverly Ann Williamson Rick Brown and great granddaughter Harlee Medcalf. Mary was a very humble and loving person. She loved spending time with her family and watching her grandchildren play.  She enjoyed going to the casino and looked forward to her monthly luncheons with her life touch friends. She had a warming heart and will truly be missed.  A graveside service will be held Monday, April 9th at the Paradise Cemetery at 11:00 A.M.  A visitation will be held on Sunday, April 8th at Rose Chapel from 12 noon to 5:00 P.M.. Family and friends will be greeted at the Hales family home following the graveside service.
