Martin “Marty” Ray McDonald, 64, of Paradise passed away peacefully on February 6th in Chico, California surrounded by his family and loved ones. He lived in Paradise for over 30 years while working with his father, Don in the family business, McDonald Construction. Marty will be dearly missed and always remembered.

Marty is survived by his wife Patricia, son Jerry and daughter-in-law Shelly, daughter Jamie and son-in-law Barry, grandchildren Jayden and Cita and niece Stephanie, his father Don and wife Sharon, step-mother Donna, brother Mike and wife Kate, sister Julie, sister Kellie and husband John, sister Kristie and husband George, sister Heather, and many other loved ones including cousins, nieces, and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother Mark and grandparents Everett and Myrtle. A private service will be held by the family at Paradise Cemetery.
