FOREVER IN OUR HEARTS
KENNETH GEORGE DUGAN
Kenneth George Dugan, a walnut orchard farm boy from Clayton, CA, as he would say. Born October 28, 1952, passed away on August 13, 2025, at the age of 72. Son of Kenneth Dugan and Catherine Meintasis. Husband of Lori Vance Dugan. Brother of Bob Dugan and the late Diane Gallup. Father of Kasey Baines, Bradley Dugan & Melissa Beck. Grandfather of four, Parker Baines, Tyler Baines, Donovan Beck & Avery Beck.
Ken was a longtime resident of Paradise, CA and enjoyed living part-time at his second home in Big Lagoon, CA.
A proud alumni of California State University, Chico. Ken was a gifted custom home builder and commercial building project manager who worked tirelessly for his family. He also enjoyed dappling in small business ideas.
Ken laughed often and sought adventure. He spent notable time in Hawaii and Mexico. He taught his children to be gentle with people, because 'everybody has a story.' He took great pride in his expansive collection of classic cars, particularly his 1940 Ford Woody.
His final resting location will be at the Paradise Cemetery in California but he will live forever in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
Ken: “What do you call a person who is happy on Monday?"
Other Person: “What?”
Ken: “Retired.”
