Janice Nancy Kidd

JANICE NANCY KIDD 

 Janice was born July 11, 1935 in Montgomery Co. Arkansas to Carl and Lyda Sorrell Short. She was the 10th of 16 children. 

 Janice passed away on July 29, 2021 at home surrounded by  family and loved ones. 

 Janice was a homemaker and was always taking care of the sick and elderly. She worked in an Upholstery Shop and a Laundry Facility, among other jobs.  

 She is survived by her three children, Roger (Cherly) Kidd   of Neosho, Missouri, Ricky (Virginia) Kidd of Rio Oso, California  and Brenda (Rick) Barrett of Yuba City, California. Three sisters Ruby Johnson and Murphy Krisky of Arkansas and Mattie Lambert of Oklahoma. One brother Paul Short of Oroville, Califorina. She  has twelve grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren and eight great great children. 

 Janice was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years Javone Kidd;  her parents and her son Randy Kidd, seven sisters and four brothers. 

Visitation: Tuesday August 3, 2021 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Scheer Memorial Chapel 2410 Foothill Blvd, Oroville, California. 

Funeral Service: Wednesday August 4, 2021 at 10:00 am at  Scheer Memorial Chapel 2410 Foothill Blvd, Oroville, California. 

Graveside: Wednesday following the Funeral Service at 

Oroville Memorial Park Cemetery 5646 Lincoln Blvd, Oroville, California.
