Geraldine Maxine (Ratliff) Allen

Geraldine Maxine Allen born to Alvin Allen and Minola Ratliff in Perry Oklahoma on January 27, 1947. At a young age Jerry and Minie nick names known to the family and friends, up and moved to the Madera California area.

Years later they moved north to Oroville, CA where she settled and resided.  She worked at a very young age for Dr. Demetri of Oroville, CA as well as Oroville Elementary School District and Pacific Coast Producers.

Geraldine was a bright light for those who needed one.  She was a caretaker of many and always opening her home to the many people who visited.

Geraldine was preceded in rest by her father Alvin Allen, mother Minola Ratliff, grandson Clayton Harris and nephew Vernon Westbrook. She is survived by her sister Mae Jenkins, four children Veronica Smith Harris of Arizona, Vauncille Welch, Gerald Rusk, Jeremy Rusk all of Oroville, CA. Her grandchildren Breon and Shabrell Adams, Brittany Mitchell, Ashnte, Isaiah and Itaisha Marrow, Jabarie, Jaiden, Janessa, Tia, Ruby and Zennaya Rusk.  Great-grandchilden Maliyah, JayCeon, Aragon, Amorianna, Zebidia and Saint.
