Gary Gene Syfert of Oroville, CA (formerly of Paradise, CA) passed away peacefully on March 9, 2020 surrounded by family.
He was born May 17, 1939 in Eureka, CA to Samuel and Julia (Matko) Syfert.
Gary is survived by his wife of 58 years, Maureen (Bennett) Syfert, a brother John Syfert, two daughters Kristi (Richard) Vasquez, Lisa Baker
and five grandchildren, Alyson (Devin ) Julius, Shannon Baker, Julia Baker, Benjamin Vasquez and Alex Vasquez.
A celebration of Life will be held at the Paradise Alliance Church, however with ongoing health concerns due to the coronavirus
a date and time has not yet been determined.
