Oroville – A funeral service for Eva Jean Taylor , 93, of Oroville area since 1990, will be held at Scheer Memorial Chapel Thursday, May 15, at 9 AM. She will be laid to rest beside her husband of 36 years, Jack Richard Taylor at Memorial Park Cemetery.

She passed away Saturday morning, May 10, 2025 at 9:39 AM at Feather River Care Center. Eva worked at Herrick Memorial Hospital in Berkeley, California where she met husband. They were married July 3rd 1959. Their son, Gregory Allen Taylor, was born a year later.

She was a member of Feather River Senior Citizens Association where she loved to play bingo.

She always expressed her faith in God and rests with her Savior who she quietly loved and trusted her entire life.
