Barbara Lou Casey

Barbara Lou Dodson was born November 5 1935 in Long Beach Ca to Tex and Mildred Dodson; maybe you have sat at their bench in Bille Park.

Barbara was the second of three children with her sister Nancy Nicolosi from Santee Ca surviving her.

She married Bobby Jones Casey on July 29 1952 right after he completed basic training for the Air Force

They had three children: Robert, Pamela Parker, and Karen Horton 

She had 6 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren 

Barbara has lived in Paradise since 1976 and was a camp fire survivor. Because of a great group of men she was able to rebuild where they had lived since 2002. Our dad never saw it completed. So since 2020 Barbara has been part of the community again enjoying walks with her friends and attending the church that our dad was part of the staff for 25 years. They made a great team in life and in service to others
