Adrienne Louise (Gilbert) Irwin

12/19/1937 to 08/07/2018

Adrienne, 80 years of age, passed away quietly in her sleep at her residence in Oroville, Ca.

The only consolation to her family and many friends is that she lived a good and happy

Life.  She was much loved and earned her place in God’s Mansions.

Adrienne was a California girl, being raised in the East Bay and graduating from Hayward

High School in 1956.  Following some few years employed in banking and secretarial work,

She relocated to be near her sister in Oroville, where she met and subsequently married,

her husband of 53 years.

As a young pup, Adrienne was quite athletic.  Her passion was always swimming, however

she earned a shelf full of bowling trophies, and always beat the socks off her husband at

sports and games. 

She concluded her working life with an engineering firm and Mid-Valley Title Co.  She

was also a 50-year laureate of Beta Sigma Phi, International Sorority.

Adrienne is survived by her husband Chris of the home, her sister Sharon Silva of

Oroville, and son Brian Irwin of Oroville his wife Lisa, Grandchildren; Adriane,

Jordyn, Breanne, Ashlee, Melissa and Joshua as well as two greatgrandchildren

and many nieces and nephews.

No grave side services will be held.  A memorial service will be held at Scheer

Memorial at 1:00pm on Saturday 8/25/2019
