Barbara Jane Brownlee

Barbara Jane Brownlee went to be with the Lord on Thursday, November 2, 2017 at the age of 90.  Her sense of humor, love of music and contentment in all things brightened the lives of everyone who knew her!  What an elegant and beautiful woman of God!

She was born in Ashland Oregon on July 16, 1927 to Leonard and Elizabeth Parks.

She was preceded in death by her husband Thomas Joseph Brownlee and two of her sons, Thomas Steven Brownlee and William Nathan Brownlee.

Her daughter Robbie Elaine Jaenecke (Allan) lives in Paradise, CA and son Evan Shannon Brownlee (Cheryl) in Stevensville, MT.

Barbara leaves behind her grandchildren: Clint Brownlee (Rena) of Seattle, WA; Renata Pizza Hamblet (Ben) of San Rafael, CA; Julia Pizza Ware (Brady) of Paradise, CA; Sara Jaenecke Currah (Nathan) of Paradise, CA; Christopher Brownlee of Stevensville, MT and McKenzie Brownlee of Stevensville, MT.  She also leaves six great-grandchildren.

Private services for the family will be held at the Paradise Cemetery.

Our family would like to thank the staff of both Atria of Paradise and Mountain Meadow Lodge for making her last years most comfortable and pleasant!

Her joy will be missed!
